Really enjoyed our walk along the
beach and back but were pleased when we finally found the cache
as it was starting to rain and cooling off by the minute. Will take
Christmas Boy to Florida in a couple of week's time so he may reappear
with a suntan! Left pencil sharpener and took velcro strips. Dan'gle. |

"I brought Mom and my nephew on this hunt, we all had a great
time. The weather was pretty good for winter. My nephew enjoyed the
first waypoint area and needed a little coxing to continue on. After
a good climb we searched for stage #2. This part of the multi took
the most effort but we did locate it with help from the hint. We enjoyed
the view from the next stages. My nephew got a little concerned
near the final area because he thought a sasquatch might jump out.
I guess that's my fault for letting the 5 year old watch the Discovery
Channel episode about Bigfoot! He was the first one to locate the
final and his fear of a ginormous hairy ape must have gone to the
back burner as he got busy checking out the toys inside. I enjoyed
reading the many log entries, this is one of the the old timer caches
for sure.
I traded travel bugs. The journey down was fun too. Had to keep an
eye on Mom, she was going slower to avoid a slip. My nephew was happy
to return to the stage one area. Thanks for a great cache.
